I would have to say that based on my first (and definitely my last) experience here the customer service is less than 1 star. Alan is rude and hung up on me because he didnt want to answer my question. Jolene the notary was also rude when I questioned her about my documents, she had a hard time pulling her self together to even get the notary done. horrible experience.

Ive been going there for a few years now. The staff has always been kind too me. I appreciate all the help they have given me. Better than going to the post office for sure.

Awesome place! Great staff, fair prices, all the shipping supplies you could ever ask for, including boxes of every size! They also have snacks, and delicious drinks.
