The sales reps in this store needs to learn not to lie to the customers when offering plans to customers. Knowing little about the plans and try to sell by lying is not a good idea. I suggest everyone who goes to this location of sprint. Watchout from the sales persons who goes extreme to offer the plans. Just read all the plans and dont let them dictate you. Salesperson name dominic lee has to learn how to deal with customers and dont lie about making bills lower and offering false plans. When ever anyone wants help. Dont take help from these sales reps. They first should learn about all the odds of the plans before offering and dont just lie to customers on purpose.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but this store. The workers in this place are the worst i have encountered in a very long time. They are eager to take your money, but if theres a problem, they will give you the worst attitude you can think of. The sales rep, Rodney Atwaters, gives you a smile but stabs you in the back when it comes to helping you with a problem. We came back to make a return and they were suppose to refund us our money, but its been almost one month to the day and they keep giving us excuses. Such terrible people and so unprofessional. Just stay away from this place.

Your Sales Lead Dominic L. is by far the worst customer service rep I have encountered. I thought MetroPCS had the worst reps, well thank you Sprint for proving me wrong. He was incredibly rude and made the worst remarks without any solutions! Definitely porting out of this garbage company! On my way out Ill be sure to let your corporate headquarters know of the horrible customer service your store provides.

This is by far the best Sprint Store I ever visited! The service was A1. They backed up all of my information and ensured I was satisfied. Dominic is very thorough, and Carly was super sweet. The manager came to check on my experience and gave my daughter a balloon, crayons, and a coloring book! My bill is cheap with UNLIMITED EVERYTHING!

Came in with phone issue, rep took care of the issue even though they were not a Service and Repair Center. Looked over my plan and let me know of an amazing Promo.. $15 for Unlimited Data along with free Tablet.. happy customer and definitley will recommend... Got my new device from Mony and gotta say, he has great patience as I know asked a lot of questions that would annoy most... but he took my barrage of questions and answered every single one while managing to get everything done in a quick efficient manner. Gonna come back and upgrade my other lines with him. Five star service!!!

NOT AN ACTUAL SPRINT STORE...just an authorized dealer. They will pressure you with shady deals. Dont forget, you can always walkout and dont sign anything until youre absolutely certain.
