I ordered new lenses for sports glasses for my son on Feb 3. The frames originally came from Sears so it should have been an easy order to get new lenses. It took several weeks longer than they said it would for them to come in. They never could give me a reason why it took so long. Once they finally came in the lenses were loose and wouldnt stay in the frames. So they sent them off to the lab again. When they finally came in the second time (2 weeks later) they had put the lenses in a new pair of frames. The nose bridge on the new pair looked like it had been chewed, and they were missing the safety strap. They wont give me a refund because they said they gave me new frames (which I didnt want and only got because they couldnt figure out how to make lenses for their own frames). So now I have a new pair of frames with a chewed up nose bridge and no strap. I am done with Sears Optical. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else!

5 stars for the eye Dr, she is great. What I didnt like was the upsell when I went to buy frames and lenses. To get the BOGO, they upsell to the max options on the lenses. The BOGO frame was $140 and they wanted almost $500 for the lense, then you get a free pair. He said for $640 I would get two frames and lenses. When asked how much for just one frame and lense, and suddenly the price was only $180 for the lenses??? I went to Pennys and got my glasses for 50% off both frames and lenses

I was assisted by Veronica just a few days back, & I must say I was very pleased with her assistance! She explained all prices & I can say she genuinely gave me advice on which frame fit best on my face! ON TOP of all that I got my prescribed glasses within 15 min! How awesome is that?!?! If your looking for a wide selection of frames and the best customer service you gotta stop here! I definitely will be back soon! Love this place!

I went there to get my ray-ban glasses to be adjusted as it got loose. The guy scared me out. He told me since its a plastic frame, it might break when he adjusts it. What??!!!! Why should it break if you know how its done?
