Im so not coming back to this market... the lady manager in the "cook food" area is so rude and mean!!!!...i come here almost everyday to buy my food. I even convinced all my office mates to patronize this store because its accessible to where we work...So on the day 02/03/2016 i was trying to pick which food to buy and all of a sudden the "lady manager" just shout at me and said " dont touch it!"( and she almost slap my hand!). i was surprised by her reaction and so i ask her why. apparently what she wants me to do is to get my food from the cold ones because they are trying to get rid of it because its probably been prepared since yesterday. i was so mad that i was shaking and i lost my scheduled lunch and my appetite as well. i just felt that i could not let this pass so i approached another person(another manager by the name of esther) and she refused to give me the name of that rude lady because she said the lady doesnt want to and that she is also a manager. right! so much for good customer service!. those people are covering their own assess!!!

Definitely not the best Korean market Ive been to. The wife is Korean so Ive been to quite a few. Its not as big and clean as some other ones Ive been to... There are several different markets in the are (Japanese and Chinese). So I would shop around as sometimes this place is over priced on certain items. Once in a while youll come across a good deal... And if youre planning on using your card, make sure you spend $10+

The Korean Market is full of prepared dishes and ingredients: grocery, bulk or fresh. There are often some great deals on seafood and produce and people are very friendly. Theres a little cafe which I need to try out. Aisles are overcrowded, but that only adds to the authentic feel of the store.

This place is extremely overpacked with merchandise. Everyone is constantly in gridlock because they cant pass each other. Not to mention the customers tend to be idiots and leave their carts unattended in the middle of the aisles. I usually leave with a migraine.

Dirtiest market Ive ever been in. I dont know how they stay open? Wonder what the health department rated them but I would shut this place down. Their employees are even more filthy than the market. Ive seen better service at a self servicing gas station

Only slightly fewer Koreans than when I changed planes at Seoul Kimpo. If the food doesnt give you e - coli or pancreatitis, you indeed have "barracuda bowles". And hold on to your socks. Because the smell upon entering will probably knock them off.

Of all the Korea Grocery Stores in Torrance, this one seems to have the best quality produce. For sale items, it varies between here and S-Mart. I find the H-Mart, is nice, but seems to be more expensive.

This chain has all the ingredients I need to cook any Korean dish. It also has many pre-prepared food if you need something quick. The cons are the narrow isles and scattered meat selections.
