This gamestop is like most of the other ones in the area except that they have a couple of employees that dont have the correct info. There have been numerous times where I have heard them giving false information. I have also heard them saying "I dont know" numerous times instead of looking it up or figuring it out. I have had to save the customers a few times with the correct information, but I have also steered customers away a few times. This Gamestop should stop selling video games and just stick to merchandise because they dont know what they are selling...

Very rude front staff. I walked in to inquire about a game that was released today and the woman up front was very short with me. This is the second time Ive had an issue with this location and Im never returning again.

I just like going to GameStop to get new updates on games but my #1 reason would be to buy used games. They go for $1 too! Such a steal. And also went here for these Arceus game codes. :)

Dont go to this GameStop, go to the one in South Bay galleria mall!!! This one has all the wrong information about warranties and returns! And fake facts in general!!!
