I went there today after reading the one comment for this store and was pleasantly surprised. After reading the review I had expected to walk into this location and have to fend for myself. I was greeted by one of the associated in which assisted with finding a specific game I was looking for. He was quite knowledgable, which made my experience all the better. The cashier also answered a couple of questions I had as well. This was an all around great experience and Id definitely recommend this location to my friends.

Not so great selection and the wait time is INCREDIBLY long. I waited literally 20 minutes to speak to someone when only 2 people were in front of me, and there was another salesman just standing there the whole time. And, when it was finally my turn to go up and talk to the salesperson, I learned the game I was looking for was not in stock. However, the customer service is pretty good. Its the only reason I didnt give 1 star.

Since when was GameStop a pawnshop. To be considered a pawnshop? "California State Rule" its not a rule. Yet you try to attempt to card me which I have. Then comeback 3 minutes later to say this ID wont work yet its a government issued ID with my date of birth.terrible service couldnt even come up with a reliable answer

Best indie video game store ever. They even get the new titles before gamestop and online shops. Their selection on old school titles is top notch, another area where gamestop fails. A must place to visit if youve ever picked up a controller.

The staff was so carless and nonchalant about my questions and concerns about products, although I purchase a used 3ds and like 10 minutes later I decided I wanted to buy a new one instead and they had no problem with the exchange.

Purchased some merchandise here and took it home only to realize it was defective. Even though I had opened it they took it back and exchanged for a brand new equivalent with no questions asked.
