SO, its no surprise that most stores put on their best faciade and best looking suit shirt, slacks and some wing tips with the ever popular argyle socks with the brightly shinning whitened teeth and the all ever Hi, Welcome to so and so.....How can I help you today? and most of us can see right through that rouge personna. What that person is really saying is no secret...Welcome to so and so go take a flying leap cause I could care less. I thought that way about almost all businesses til I encountered this Game Stop. Its a last of its kind store where you the customer are treated as if you were the only customer left on earth and your opinion and business actualy matter to the employees. Why, what makes this Game stop so special? You the customer do just that. I went to this Game stop one time 4 months ago and on my first encounter the employees knew my face and name by heart. Since then I have become a regular. I travel almost 45 minutes depending on traffic to go to this game stop and its not because they have the best selection, which let me tell you....They most certainly do, not because they have great prices, which again....they do but because after meeting the employees one time they made me feel like I really mattered. I can call them, without saying a word they know its me, even blocking my phone number and talking differently they still knew it was me. Not that I did that on purpose. I had the flu and could barely speak and still they took the time to go and check on each item I was looking for. The crew at this Game Stop deserve any and all awards, or anything they could possibly get for reconginition of a job well done. Richard, Lilly, Ceaser and the few other employees that work here make all the difference in driving 2 minutes to the nearest Game Stop or driving 5 hours. Id come back here even if I moved 1000 miles away or contact them by phone and order through them just to have the honor of dealing with people who make you feel like you really are more important than the money they are paid each week. If youre like me and you can see right through a bullshitter and someone who puts on the fake front just to get your hard earned dollar then the Game Stop at 9006 Sepulveda Blvd. in Van Nuys is the Game Stop that will make a believer out of you and put the faith that not all humanity is faked. I back and support this Game Stop 110%. Trust me or go find out for your self if you dont. Thanks Guys for Staying true and bring back the roots of the way businesses use to treat customers....."CHEERS AND JEERS MATES"

Service was good if you like being treated like crap. After they quoted me a price for my systems they got second thoughts and changed thier mind. And the little snap dragon behind the counter that missed most of the transaction because she needed to go get coffee AFTER she clocked in at noon O_O decided to but here mangled face into the mix as if she knew what was going on. Worse Game Stop visits ever!!! Maybe if my ethnicity would have been different I would have been treated differently. attitude and bad customer service from the female and the male shrinking like a meek little

I dont really see why everybody complains about the service, aside from the quite low prices for trade in compared to what they will re sell it for, the experience is very nice with an informative and friendly staff that try to help as much as possible. As a large hands seeking franchise, they are also able to give really good deals and content for new games. Having been there 5 times in the last two weeks myself, a definite recommend.
