Pack of liars in this gamestop. I once called the store to see if they had certain games I was looking for. The guy on the phone said that they were in stock and had the actual games in his hand. But when I went over to pick up the games the same guy told me the they never found the games. I was very upset. I dont live near the area. And these guys wasted my time. So the guy said to come tomorrow stating the games might have been misplaced. So I agreed to go back to that store the following day. Again I called ahead and asked for the games. And the same guy said that they were found and now had them in his hand. As I arrived I immediately head for the counter and I asked for the games. And once again I was told that they did not have the games.....by the same guy. This time was infuriated and left the guy talking to himself. I will NEVER come back to this gamestop. They should fire the idiot for being so empty-headed

Pre-order a game from GameStop and waited in line for the midnight release. The staff was friendly, in order and kept everyone informed during the event. Overall enjoyed the experience. Store need to be cleaner and organized, but overall satisfied. Come check these guys out! Theyre the coolest GameStop in town!

I never grew up with a neighborhood game store, but this place is awesome. I always think about how lucky the kids around are they have this place and the employees. They are true gamers, knowledgable, and great with the kids. Love this place.

This Gamestop never !!! Never pick up there phone at all.. they just let the phone ring and ring. And the store manager here is just a BIG JOKE she is just clueless !!! Waste of time I have to wait 30 plus minutes just to purchase one game

HORRIBLE. I got to this location before closing & was denied service by John. To make matters worst he has a smug grin on his face while doing so. I expect better from retail associates whose job is face to face customer service.

Horrible customer service at this particular GameStop. We were in the store before 7 and john denied our service. If you dont want to work the hours assigned then quit the job. Dont waste your time at this location!!

One of the biggest Gamestops Ive been to compared to the others. They got more selection of games here and friendly staff. Also this store doesnt get busy like the other Gamestops around near by.

Nobody ever answers the phone at this place. In fact Ive been to this location and witnessed them actually ignore it. It seems as if they stay glued to that computer by the register all day long.

Dont love this location. Parking is not great as you need to park in the structure and game stop is actually on street level. Its always busy and some of the staff, not very helpful.
