Terribly run store. Managers choose to dump products on the floor especially on Halloween. Friends have said to have skin irritation from trying on masks that have been all over the floor. The managers are openly abusive and rude. Lady, I believe her name was, is a stand out for yelling at employees to do things while not doing anything herself. Although the other brunette and the red head are not much better. Their cashier systems are wonky, if you pull your card out too soon you will be charged twice. On top of that, everything that can be purchased there is way cheaper at other stores. Go to Hot Topic, you can find a lot of the same things there for way more reasonable prices. I feel sorry for the employees for having to put up with what they do. Take you business elsewhere, this store should be shut down and every manager fired.

I got what I wanted and I saw this place was good they even have a spider-man section all top itself its amazing and all the people who say anything about the red hair person I say its a lie and that this person made multiple accounts in order to say this and give this place a bad review also because they were all made on right now it says 2 weeks ago wow would you all look at that at the same day thats great but in reality the place is all good. :-)

Ive gone in there several times and each time they are welcoming and always ask if I need help finding something. I went in a few days ago and they were really busy but they were still able to show me where I could find a black halo for my costume. THE ONLY HALLOWEEN STORE THAT HAD MY HALO! And their checkout was pretty fast.

I love this store for its random things. I once bought a stress reliever that was a banana and it turns out that it really hurts when you hit someone with it. So whenever my siblings get mad at me I hit them with the banana. Best thing money can buy.

This store is so much fun!! The costumer service is great. superhero shirts, gag gifts, and a lot of other fun extras. Whenever my daughter & I go in they are helpful and attentive but not pushy! We bought our Halloween costumes there too!

Horrible customer service! Manager said not to take the tag off next time. I told her it was a gift. Didnt seem to care. I will take business to the internet where I dont have to deal with people like this.

Bad experience! Lady with the red hair was really rude and racist!! My sister wanted to buy a sweater and the lady said that she was too overweight and there wasnt any in her size.Dont recommend it !
