Called the stores phone number today and was told that they are waiting to pass final inspection from the citys inspectors. They hope to get that by Wednesday. As soon as they pass inspection, they will be able to determine when they can open. Its been frustrating to wait to go to this much more convenient location, but at least they answered the phone!

This is my headquarters for all pet supplies. I have two dogs and one kitty cat. For the same products sold at chain stores, prices are lower. The store is huge, well stocked, clean and organized even though dogs are welcome. They offer vaccines on weekends too. You may want to call if youre looking for specialty items as they sell out.

THEY ARE OPEN. It was tough waiting for them to re-open after relocating but they are worth it. No frills, warehouse style store. When you have a lot of mouths to feed who needs fancy marketing? Its their great prices and selection that keep me coming back year after year!!! You can spoil your babies even more.

Im a cat owner and Im pleased with selection of cat food. They offer a variety of cat food and unbeatable sale prices. I love the Arm & Hammer Pine pellet litter know need to add bake & soda because it doesnt smell. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The manager from this store should be fired or demoted. We had to return a bag of food. The clerk called for that manager to assist up. After ten minutes and three additional calls we left. We will never shop at this store again.

Great place to go for bulk pet products. Just make sure you check your product and make sure it wasnt alreay eaten/peed on beforehand. Kind of a buyers beware thing that I dont expect the employees to fully control.

Ive only been here a few times and my impressions were just ok. During my last visit the Asian guy with glasses showed a wealth of knowledge and care towards customers. Something that I rarely see in a retailer.

I always have good experiences at PetClub in SSF. Good prices and great selection. I never go to the competition any more, but I do just live down the road from them, and thats a major reason why.
