Nancy and her daughter Kelsey (family owned) are just about the kindest and knowledgeable people around. They truly care about your pet and it shows. They take the time to answer your questions. They took over the business a few years back and the quality of product, in my opinion, has improved. Its the type of "Mom & Pop" store you dont see often these days. You can go in, purchase a quality product at an honest fair price and all with a friendly smile. They go out of their way to help a customer and their customers arent just "a number" or "dollar sign". Their customers are people and faces they remember and engage with in conversation. Kelsey is a fantastic groomer with very fair prices. She grooms one dog at a time so no leaving your loved one for endless hours of sitting in a crate like some of the big box stores. She also knows the styles for the different breeds. No "one size fits all" buzz cut. Your doodle will come out looking like a doodle and not a poodle - unless, of course, that is what you want. I wont let anyone, other than Kelsey, groom my dog. I know others feel the same way because she books up fast!

Wendy the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They recently opened a grooming salon and the head groomer is wonderful! The prices are cheaper then anywhere else and they do twice as good. One of the few places I can find the only dogfood our dog isnt allergic too and it is much cheaper then the other two specialy food stores that carry it. Their prices on leashes and collars are a bit more expensive then then the big pet stores but you can save $15.00 or more on their flea medication compared to what they sell it at other stores.

My dog was so lovely after his session with Kelsey! He tends to get scared when I take him to the groomer; he wasnt at all with Kelsey. He was happy and relaxed. Most places fight to groom him and then do a terrible job of it. Kelsey has a great eye and gave him the perfect haircut. He was only there for an hour and a half (some places are up to 4 hours!) and he looked gorgeous. Thank you for taking care of my kid!

Cedric has known Kelsey since he was a puppy- 12 years ago! He loved to visit the shop and she was his favorite groomer ever. We have moved and he is a bit anxious about being groomed now, so I know how well she treated him, because he was only happy to see her.

They give great prices in grooming, Kelsey remembers my dog, Coco and always greets her with love and affection. I buy my dog food there and get discounts based on the number of bags I buy over time. I find great products at good prices.
