So I went to this place at about 1010am today 12/31/15 and was estimated $245 because my Samsung had a blown power supply board. Not knowing a thing about power supply board price I told a guy Jorge to work on it. I went home and searched online and what I found out was horrible. A brand new power supply board for this tv was $100. I immediately went back to this shop and guess what I found? My 1 yr old Samsung tv was vertically placed on the concrete floor. I asked Jorge about the status of my tv and he said he placed it there so he can take out a box and place it in there. Mind you the location where my tv was placed at the sun was hitting it luckily it was summer. As I placed my tv on the back of my trunk I noticed three major scratches on the screen. When I confronted Jorge about the scratches he tried to blame it on me. I remember Jorge was looking at the screen to see if there were any Scratches or damage to the screen. Wen I asked for the owners name Jorge refused to provide me with his name. When I asked Jorge for his name he refused to provide that to me until I threatened him to report the shop better business bureau which I am still planning on doing. I finally got the name of the owner and attempted to call him but the number I was given was disconnected. I have NEVER ever encountered a shop with this magnitude of i professionalism and poor handling on highly price of televisions. I will be speaking with the owner on Monday and I will write another review with the outcome.

I bought a "like new" Samsung 4K TV from BLR, its an 85" 2015 model, for just over half what retailers sell them for. The TV is absolutely perfect. The three fellows working there were very helpful in helping me load the HUGE TV into my Uhaul van. I received a 3 month warranty from BLR, as well as instructions on where to buy an extended warranty. I had an excellent experience with BLR Electronics. Actually, the TV is really BRAND new but they didnt have the original box it came in.

horrible horrible service , they charge you upfront for the service call and the repair estimate and back in august of 2015 here i am still waiting and im out 300 dollars. the repair person does not call back ever on the status of the parts and the owner does nothing and after a while has his daughters pick up his phone to say hes not at the office, this place is a scam stay away from this place
