Havent visited the store but called to get some info today. Wow! What a great phone conversation. The sales man was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was willing to spend the time educating me on what bat purchase I should make for my daughter...requardless of the fact that I wasnt there in person to make a sale. I am so excited to get to the store and make my purchase for my daughter now!!! Thank you for all your help!!

Amazing customer service! I bought a soft top longboard for my sons birthday from these guys. After taking it out onto the water the following weekend, my son noticed that it had a crack that had gone all the way through to the foam. We took it back to the store, and James - the manager - swapped out a new board for us in a few minutes. No receipts, no signatures, just incredibly great customer service. Thanks James!

lame service, the guy obviously knows nothing about skiing or ski gear and is just accumulating items for the sake of them being in code with what he wants not even necessarily what it quality. completely ignorant and impolite.

I went here with my girlfriend to get soccer cleats, and asked them if they had speed and conditioning training equipment. They did and were able to find it for me rather quickly. Good staff and very friendly.
