Great store with fabulous deli & produce, but they really drop the ball on customer service by never having enough registers open during peak times to handle the long lines of customers. The last thing I want to do after working all day is stand on line 25-30 minutes behind 10-15 grumpy customers complaining about the long lines. I could understand if it was only once in a while, but it happens all the time. Not good.

Good prices, friendly staff Brandon loves his Friday chicken Could use some improvement for one finding directions usually involved a stop at the register, meats, or deli finding someone who wasnt busy is more difficult. Many of the registers are vacant, and few people who work the deli are able to ring you up there which is a problem when I have chicken and the few lines open are packed. I give it a four

There have been so many times when I shop at Vons that shelves are near empty, selections for milk, yogurt, and many other items are not available. They also keep that store so darn cold that I can hardly wait to get out before I freeze to death.

Inconsistent. I stop here sometimes to pick up lunch on my way to work. Sometimes there are salads, sushi and deli stuff ready, sometimes theres literally nothing. Like today.
