Excellent corssants. Baked with butter and fresh daily.. bakery team very friendly. They LOST MY BABYS birthday cake! I ordered the day before, came in early to make sure it was decorated okay . Decorator and I made modifications to perfect it. Came back next day to pick cake up and it was gone. No one had a clue where it was or what happened to it. Though I did not pick cake up same day as planed, they have a 4 day hold policy. They had to remake my cake. Not much was done to compensate for time loss orserious disappointment for not being able to have it exactly the way it was originally, this one was not very pretty, wasnot able to get same decorations as before, custom, just a hot mess. When I asked for extra strawberries, I was told they had to charge me. My jaw dropped. After going to floral dept, they offered me a complementary individual pastry (fruit tart which was not tasty at all.) I had a party to get to, very unhappy I paid for the cake. Deli I ordered stuffed guda chicken. Cold. When I asked worker tonwarm it to r[om temp, she said she had to charge me. Huh? To put it in microwave? I went to manager who had her do it. I was amazed when she told me that was their policy. I told her no other vons have charged me. I go to deli to purchase food for my kids while on the go and it has never been a problem.

I believed past freshness item were removed from shelves and failed to check the printed date on a purchase. Prices slightly higher than neighboring grocery stores. Fresh prepared rotisserie and fried chicken advertised specials sell out too early for evening shoppers.

This is the closest Vons to me and I have no complaints at all. The staff has always been pretty friendly and the store is clean. The parking lot is pretty decent as well so there shouldnt be an issue finding a spot. The produce is also pretty fresh.

Good location everyone nice and ready to help to anyone also Starbucks inside the vons market if buy coffee from Starbucks or buy hot soup available chair close to Windows you can sit and enjoy while you are inside especially right now hot

It takes FOREVER to pay. And the people working on the sandwiches and such are really slow. They dont know how to hustle and time manage. Went there for my lunch and didnt get to eat my food because they took too long.

They have the stuff you need. Prices are pretty good too. Sometimes checkout lines are too long, and theyll be slow getting more checkout people. Small inconvenience for an otherwise good store.

I live 2600 miles from this store, never shopped here. Yet there are charges on my credit card from this store...glad to know they support thievery. Vons can suck it.

Its a clean store, but just like the parking lot the isles are far to small, the staffing is great that is if you can find them. Check out wss swift
