Love it! I shop here every week. I like the Happy Farms cheese & have come to love the Aldi Brands. If you go to a normal grocery store and pay .99 cents for a loaf of bred you are going to get the most bleached low quality bread available. You can go to Aldi spend .99 cents on their budget bred and it tastes like real quality bread. Aldi brands tastes as good if not better than some of the name brands and you are paying less and store brand price. Everyone in the store is super friendly and helpful. Im in Lancaster and travel to palmdale every week to shop at Aldi I have to pass other grocery stores to do so. While I do do 90% of my shopping here, some items that I just wont give up I have to go to other stores for (Sparklets water, Jiff Peanut butter, large bags of frozen fruit ect....) Im so happy we have an Aldi in the AV!

I am reading comments on name brand stuff. First off, Aldis has been around for a long time and its nice to get a store that offers other non name brand products. I personally like the store and some of the vegetables and fruits are at a much reasonable price compared to other stores. Eggs are really cheap and so is a gallon of non fat milk. Definitely cant beat that price of .88 cents for a dozen large eggs and a $1.92 for a gallon of non fat milk. If youre a name brand person than this store is not for you. Last, the checkers are really nice, ask questions before shopping.

I have been shopping at Aldis since 1993 when I lived in Germany. Throughout my career in the military 22yrs Army HOAH! I have shopped here,for the value and quality,hell the other day I just bought 37 links of chorizo for 10cents a piece.thats $3.70 for you lacking mental capacity and you jarheads. A dozen eggs are less than a buck I think 80 cents but not sure,and you can still get 2 gal of milk for $5. A bag of chips big bag are a buck 25... Shop here if you want to save your hard earned money. And the European beers are awesome! I really enjoy the Hollander lager!

I was able to attend the preview before the grand opening of Aldis in Palmdale. It can be compared to Trader Joes or Whole Foods because of its emphasis on health and promoting a greener planet, however, the prices seem much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is convenient parking but I think it might become very congested and crowded in the near future. We plan to do a lot of shopping here and will make use of Aldis smartphone app. Its great to see businesses like this open in Palmdale.

So another food store? Really? My wife and I in between shopping popped in to see what all the fuss was about. We walked out 20 minutes later embarrassed that we didnt bring more bags. But the people in front of us and behind had done the same thing. Not just great prices, stuff youll actually buy, fresh and accompanied by helpful and friendly staff. I now stop here first and if they dont have what Im looking for thats okay, Trader Joes is still on the way.

It was kind of weird. You have to make sure you always have a quarter to even use a cart. I get why they do it. Its just inconvenient if you dont have one. The organization was kind of silly. It felt like things were everywhere. I am also not a big fan of how you have to bag your groceries. Everyone is all crammed against the wall with nowhere for your carts really. My son did like the cart seatbelts and pulled on the lock chain like a tugboat though.

I was not impressed, in fact I told the cashier the lemons were 25 cents not the 29 cents he charged and he couldnt be bothered to get up from his chair and go and check he just said "Ill let someone know" but you are still going to over charge me. The fruit is Not ripe and looked horrible. I will Not be shopping there again, Ill stick to Trader Joes!! I also did Not put that star, the computer did it by its self.

It was my first time inside the store. The stock clerk was very helping and kind in explaining how things worked. Our cashier however was rude. She talked with an attitude and rushed us along after I wanted another paper bag and she told me it costs and was already ringing up the next customer instead of making sure I had what I needed and just charging me for another bag.

I will make this drive to Palmdale twice a month just to get to Aldi! My favorite grocer ever, prices are the best and food quality is top notch especially produce. This is a brand new Aldi and is sooo nice with wider aisle and offering more product. Very impressed. Management & employees alike were courteous and very helpful. I hope they decide to open an Aldi close to me.

That place was amazing! The prices anf quality of food is great. I hear they are putting up a few more stores in Palmdale/Lancaster. People complain about the quater in the cart. Well it helps keep cost down from theft and lawsuits from parking lot hits from just tossing your cart like a lazy person if you want your money back. Its brilliant if you ask me.

For a low-cost grocery store, it was great... the produce was okay but the meat was very fresh. No name brand items but great prices and decent quality. You do have to deposit a quarter to use a shopping cart but you get it back and bring your own bags or you pay 15c for a plastic bag and 79c for a paper bag.

Love it!!! Wonderful friendly staff, great products and awesome prices! Tomatoes-on-the-vine for .78/lb!! They cater to most every palette from gluten free products to European chocolates. Similar to Trader Joes, yet has a more diverse product line. Looking forward to shopping here more often!

I went there today, the place has a weird smell and I am not impressed with the products. Price is okay, fruits did not look like a premium products. I only purchased a few items. Will not go back again, i prefer Traders Joe or Smart and Final.

I thought Aldis was going to be different. A lot smaller than I expected. The stuff they did have was priced well. I have seen people do grocery hauls on this place but dont understand how they could do their only shopping at this store.

The store is always very clean and the employees are helpful. The meats are always fresh. They have a good selection of items at great prices. Definately a one stop shop for groceries. I am super glad they opened one near me.

Clean store, friendly staff, good prices. Bell peppers have a great price here. Similar to the European Aldi store. And they got some German stuff too ( Pumpernickel, sausages, chocolate, Gummibears, Sauerkraut...)

A German discount grocery store: Great prices, good quality food, some items are just available for a short special, others are always there (like German chocolate). The ads with their specials start on Wednesdays.

Love this place. A little inconvenienced with the shopping cart (you need to insert a quarter in order to use the cart) but thats okay. The Market it self is awesome. They have a nice selection of everything.
