Honestly I try to avoid shopping here. The selection is fairly basic, but the worst part about shopping here is the checking out. I always have to bag my own groceries, because the clerks here just throw everything into bags without thought. Multiple times Ive had things crushed when I try to go through a checkout line. Then just now after checking out and requesting paper bags, the lady puts everything into one paper bag with no handles??? First of all, if it didnt have handles I would t have asked for paper, but the paper bags upfront all had handles so why did this one not and no one told me? I wasnt about to ask to have all my groceries taken out and rebagged, though I wish I had because this paper bag almost broke on the way to my car and I have no idea how itll make it from my car to my apartment. I used to work in a grocery store, and we would never bag peoples items so carelessly. Its really disappointing that theyre not more careful when handling youre food.

@j cinq. Mika??? Lmaooooooo. I remember this one courtesy clerk named Jennifer with those tatted stars on her face . Who couldnt handle being on carts alone to the point where she cried like a little 3 year old and just went home. Starbucks on carts ??? Mmmm no . She did more work than you could ever handle . You are weak @jennifer .Nice way to support your family just quitting like that . Carts is usually a one person job honey. She can get them all done , and no she doesnt wear whatever she wants . You thought. Damn and she was the first one to show you around the store and be so sweet to you. Youre trashy babe for that . Seems like you were never able to handle carts girl. Watch who youre talking about . I feel bad for your kid dude . What kind of 20 year old mom quits just because of one co worker ?? Man you shouldnt have left you need to support that child :. Sad pathetic waste.

This Ralphs is one of few that are close to me. They have mostly everything I need, everytime I shop. I love Ralphs fried and baked chicken! It is truly the best seasoned, fried chicken from a chain store ever especially when its just fried. The manager at Ralphs has been very helpful when I couldnt find an item as has the staff. Its clean and friendly and the bathrooms are decent. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is kinda annoying because IF anyone is there, they will tell you the menu is limited; and it is smh oh well, it is in a store. I like the self check out which is a plus for me. Great to run in and out for some quick items but it is in a high traffic area so dont expect it to be that quick.

Not much of a selection. For example. You want a cheap $2 bag of dried lentils? Good luck all they have are a $6 bag of organic lentils. Anything that you seem to want only comes in organic variety increasing your food cost. I couldnt find any dry beans that werent organic. Unless it is processed food you wont find it here. Lots of fresh veggies, but no raw ingredients like beans unless in can form. I run into this problem constantly. Want some frozen fruit that is at all exotic? It comes in organic form in a teeny tiny bag. Plenty of options of pre-mixed stuff from Jamba Juice, but if you want to do it yourself good luck.

For people interested in work at this ralphs. Dont!!! There management sucks, very disorganized. they favoritism towards on individual name Mika is ridiculous! She is allowed to text while bagging in front of bosses. while doing cart she goes to coffee bean or Starbucks. Or shell just stand around and text. So youll do all the work and shell try to take credit! I have spoken with bosses and all they say is, that is Mika.she can wear whatever outfit she please, so while everyone wears uniform doesnt. So if youre an honest hard working individual dont even waste your time.

I first came to Ralphs Fresh Fare in 1975. At that time, you could order sandwiches and a bottle of wine, and drink it across the street at the park, which is now the parking lot. When we last ate in the restaurant about a year ago the food was so so. In years past, the food was better, I thought . Anyway, we go there from time to time to buy the Chianti which is a deal when bought by the jug. That is my draw to the place, buying wine, usually by the jug. Good to buy from a local company, jobs and profits stay in CA.

Terrible market! The entire shopping center is pretty ghastly so to be a standout as the filthiest and rudest spot to get your groceries is, well, a true feat. Its as if they set out to be the most miserable place in Woodland Hills to buy a gallon of milk. All of this, of course, rubs off on the patrons who are equally rude and repulsive. I drive a few miles down the road to shop and now dont feel like I need therapy and a "Silkwood" shower after Im done. Small price for an acceptable shopping trip.

I like this store. Its neat and clean and they have a wide variety of most items that you can think of. I have had trouble finding a good fully organic bread though. Anyway, they have plenty of check out lanes and six self check out lanes. Also inside is a Coffee Bean, a Red Box rental, a little flower shop and they might have an ATM. Parking can be a hassle. Usually there are carts everywhere and there are MANY bad drivers in the area, be ware. Im deducting a star due to the cart problem.

Not too bad for a Ralphs. They are starting to grow their organic and Gluten free section for this location so I had to write a positive review. But you guys are still not better than Trader Joes or Whole Foods but I see you working on it so you get an "A" for effort but not an A+ I think you still have a little while to go for that although your bakery is a big +1

I dont know what people are complaining about. This is a very typical supermarket, its not filthy, the customer service is adequate (except that the some of the service deli staff is inept) and prices are generally in line with the local competition. For better produce prices and better health products I go next door to Sprouts.

Sold rotten seafood and refused to refund over 30 dollars! spoke to 2 managers, the female manager was beyond Rude and belligerent! Shame on Ralphs this needs to be reported to the Health Department, Ralphs Krogers thinks they are above the law. They have peoples health in their hands and are totally careless! Very disappointed

This company is the worst to shop and work for. I worked for it for 14years they made my life in hell for three years. They have no morals,no integrity,no heart feeling for there employees at all,i really hope that they would pay what they did to me. Is really sick how they treat their employees.
