Rude customer service at the self checkout. The register wouldnt read my credit card so I was going to go to a regular line. The guy wouldnt let me saying "if it didnt workhere, out wont work there". Ive worked in retail. Sometimes one machine wont read a card that another will. Computers arent perfect. When I said I would go somewhere else, he tried the card for me and got the same results. Then he had me use my debit card which went through. Theres a REASON I was trying to use my credit card instead of the debit. It has more room and I may now end up with an overdraft fee for this small purchase. I should have just walked away and gone to another store.

My main issue with this store is cleanliness. As you go to the milk cooler, open the doors and look down. The ground under the milk is thick with spoiled, rancid, hard milk & who knows what residue. Its disgusting. Ive taken the time to show several managers over the last few months and still no one has bothered cleaning it. This cant be healthy.

Very nice store, always clean, organized and well maintained, nicely designed departments, very good bakery department, always good customer service. Since last year they have better selection of organic food, and if you have a club card, prices going to be much cheaper.

When you have a sale on an item and dont post any quantity limits, and dont inform the customer until they go to check out and basically accuse them of trying to resell the product thats horrible customer service and even worse of a business practice

I go here all the time! The place is clean, the food is always fresh, it has a Starbucks, and there are very rarely long waits to buy food, in addition to the new self checkout section. It also has a Wells Fargo for easy checking when shopping!

Its a Ralphs, it also has a wells fargo (which is why i went). It didnt have a fridge or area for cold beverages though, which was all i wanted after using the bank.

Dear god do not go between 1 and 5, the granada kids flood the parking lot when they get out. But the store is nice, always stocked.
