I made an appointment for 4 oclock got there at 3:45 to sign in for my appointment. They kept telling me to wait so I waited until 4:45 when I asked and he said it was going to be another 30 to 45 minutes and so I had to leave. They could care less.

Id like to say I am rating the service but I am not however I waited an hour last the time they were supposed to open and ultimately left without getting what I needed and ultimately went somewhere else for my needs as a result. So there is that.
