This was my first piercing on the mainland, but I loved it. Ill admit that the initial draw was their prices--my navel piercing cost only $20! I thought at first that it would be a total dive, but it was clean and open, and the staff were very nice. I was a little selfconscious, because my mid-drift is not in the best condition after childbirth, but the piercer, Dan, was totally cool and really helped put me at ease. I came away from the shop feeling a little bit sexier! Beware tho, because the art on the walls is SO amazing that if you stay too long youll want to get a tattoo.

Terrible experience. I was tattoed by Jay and it ended up being not at all what I expected. I asked for a dog paw (my dog’s paw, and even brought a picture of it) and at first he draws it pointy, with long claws like a cat’s paw, it looked NOTHING like the picture. I politely asked him to fix it and make it more round and I don’t know if he was annoyed by that, but the result was a extremely faded and weird-looking tatto. I was VERY clear when I said I wanted really sharp and crispy, but he just ignored my request or maybe he is just a bad professional.

i went in with an idea and talked to one of the younger new additions (Dan) and he was ready to help, we figured out how to make my tattoo from great to amazing and i let him run with the shadding and coloring. It did an AMAZING job! this kid has so much talent! the shop is clean and they are all really easy to talk to makes the process go by so much better. do me a favor and just stop by to see if its the place for you because it was for me and i plan on going back in the new future

I got my nose pierced by Doug. I woke up two days later and the needle went completely through. I called him to see if he can some how compensate me by sending me another nose ring (I live an hour away) because I didnt think it was fair that I had to go buy another one two days later.. He stated that they dont send them and how is he suppose to know that I would swell the way that I did. In my response, he spoils have considered swelling while doing it. Cool guy just bad service

Rich Ink is soo amazing, I feel right at home, every one is very friendly, and nice. I love their prizes and specials, I got tattoo by ALEX amazing artist, and I got pierced by NICK. Alex did a wonder disney piece on my arm, it came out great I love it, Every time people ask me who did it or when i went to get it... I tell them at Rich Ink by Alex. I will be coming back for more piercing and tattoos. =] thanks guys! <3

I got my nips pierced by Daniel! Hurt pretty good not gonna lie! I waited a month to write this review... they healed up perfectly! That H2o ocean stuff works great btw doesnt sting n I never had a problome with the healing process! The place is nice n clean and the staff is so nice! Ive brought friends there too so I obviously would recommend them! Next on my list is my tattoo!!! Thanks guys Ill be back!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I got my monroe piercing from Danny, & he was truly amazing! He knew how to calm me down, answered all my questions without hesitating, & even made me laugh ! I came in with 2 of my friends who also got piercings. If youre looking to find a clean, friendly place to get a body piercing or even a tattoo.. RICH INK is where you should go! & dont forget to ask for DANNY! :D

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and does really good work! Conchita did 3 of my tattoos and i love every single one of them! Definitely going back to her! Danny did my monroe piercing too and it looks good! I love it! I love this place! soo soo good and the prices are even better! I found Rich Ink on google. I thought the shop looked clean and modern on from the pics but picture dont do it justice this is the nices shop Ive seen by far! Plus the employees are all friendly and down to earth. My Tattoo looks even better than i had imaged it would. I encourage everyone to go to my tattooer Richy he is the best Artist by far!!

I Highly recommended going here, I went there last week to get two piercings. Its obvious they know what their doing, I got the piercings done at a fair price, much better than other deals I heard about. So if your looking to get a piercing done, go here. They have tons to them to choose from, and at a good price, I got mine done by Danny :)

Made an appointment with Eddie, he called me to reschedule, I decided to cancel the appointment. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was up to Eddie. After speaking to him, he told me that since that payment was to reserve a spot with him, he wouldnt issue a refund. Yet he called me before the appointment to try and reschedule.

I went in and got my tragus pierced and i had a amazing experience. Ask for danny he knows what hes doing and has the best advice for aftercare. The shop is so clean and the people are chill. Didnt make me feel nervous and it didnt hurt at all. Great place and i highly reccomend you going. Im def going back.

Horrible shop, went to get a few simple bats and a cross and they really screwed me over, definitely the worst tattoos Ive gotten, its embarrassing to have people look at them. Never going back again. Word of advice to everyone, look at an artists past work before you decide to get something done by them.

I forgot who tatt me up but I loved his artwork. I got Los Angeles on my chest. The place has cool vibes. Im looking for more ink in my body and I know this tattoo shop will do great. Although I live by culver city, the drive will be worth it. If anyone is thinking of getting a tattoo, this is the spot.

I went in with my friend for some piercings. David is a really nice guy & he answered all our questions concerning cleanliness and his credibility without being upset or annoyed. The prices are incredible, the store is known for its cleanliness, and the staff is nice. Nothing to complain about!
