Terrible customer experience! I was trying some of their neck massage products and laid down my water & coffee for less than 2 mins. on a near by rable. One of the stores clerk simply picked up my drinks and disposed them, without even asking around who they belonged to. After inquiring about my drinks, the same store clerk told me they had been disposed of. I stepped outside, purchased my drinks again at Starbucks and went back to the store. I asked for the supervisor and showed my receipt to him. The store manager did not offer to pay for their replacement cost of my drinks, nor apologized. This happened today (2/25/17) at around 6:30 pm.

Love this bookstore. So many books to choose from. I want to buy them all. Okay not all, but a lot of them. If only I had the space and $$ to buy all I wanted.The people here are friendly and help you out if you need. This store is super organized, I always find what I am looking for. Best store around.It is very familiar location in Santa Monica,

Customer service is exceptional. Felt awkward about the making an exchange but manager had me out the door within 5 minutes with new projector. Good store.
