Pesimo trato al cliente..comensando con el manager..no sabe tratar. Alos clientes ...de eso vive..y se cienten muy indispensables..o.piensan que son la unica refacionaria en san pedro...comoprenuna parte y como ya es coatumbre..me.la dieron equibocada..cuando la regrese...y volvi a comprar la correecta.ya no me.peemitio usar el cuoon..que use originalmente...si la culpa. Es de ellos por darme la parte equibocada...mi recomedacion para la corporacion.. Es cambien de manager y de personal..o se van a quedar sin clientes.

Great service! I came here because I went to the "other" prominent parts store in San Pedro but was told that theres no place one can go for a free diagnosis with one of those computer plug in devices. The other store tried to sell me the device for over a hundred bucks, which of course would just give me a code that I would have to pay someone else look up for me. They even told me theres no auto parts store I can go to in California to just get that diagnosis so I could tell what part I actually needed. When I came into this store to buy all three of the parts I "thought" that I needed (because they were cheaper and in stock), they suggested I take one of their devices outside and plug it into my car to make sure that I actually needed those parts. I didnt! It was an entirely different part altogether! I bought that part and the check engine light went out! Im so glad I came here, and theres really a place that you can go to plug in one of those computers for free and even have them look it up so you get the right part! AutoZone rocks! I highly recommend!

The service that the employees give at this location fantastic .I am a frequent customer at this location. I Shop hear 4 days out of the week . Employees hear always great you. Very helpful and always in a positive attitude. I recommend if you are in the area San Pedro Looking for car parts . That is the location you want to be.

I was in about a week ago 4 a Battery 4 my Deville, the service was Quick and Reliable. They also answered all questions to the T and will help u out when u need it, I am now an Auto Zone card holder and will be using it every time I return 4 future buisness. Thank you for your help.

Get all my parts here but sometimes customers here form there own lines and people argue where the line begins once in a while you get the employees walk to back to avoid conflict in stead of fixing it best time to go is morning time
