Today I was completely floored by the customer service I received today at this AutoZone location. I recently bought a brand new car 4 years but prior to that I had a 98 Ford explorer that had every problem you can think of. I bought parts for it hoping to make it last longer but that was not the case. Since I now have a Kia Soul, I no longer needed the parts that I purchased and had a very hard time getting rid of them. Unless someone needed ball joints for a 98 Ford explorer, nobody would take them, and I knew I passed the date to get a full return. So I held on to these parts for 4yrs!!! I recently moved into a new apartment and still had these parts which have never been opened, still wrapped in plastic. I started at the location that I originally purchased the items in Hawthorne, and the salesman told me to go to the location on 109th because they carry all parts. I drove over there and spoke to Pedro and explained my story. I wasnt expecting much but he was able to locate my original purchase in the system with my rewards card and phone number. To my surprise, with the help of the store manager Stephanie, they gave me a full refund!! Customer service is extremely important to me and because I am a Branch Manager for a local commercial bank, I always recognize exceptional service when I see it. Thank you team for your awesome help today, you went above and beyond what I expected. You guys rock!!!

I just came in to buy a quart of oil and had cash in hand. I usually dont mind waiting in line , but the fact that I stood there for almost 20 minutes when there were 3 employees working the counter , 2 of them were busy with 2 seperate customers that must have been having some issue with ordering or returning something cuz they were very involved and taking forever, and the third employee was standing at an open register , however he was on the phone and didnt feel like even acknowledging me (or anyone else). His phone call sounded more like a personal call as well. So after waiting and waiting , once one of the groups were finished ordering their rare, European, solid gold, Tweety bird hood ornament , then I was next, the girl did apologize for the wait , which was nice of her. And I paid for my oil and was on my way out the door within 5 seconds . Auto zone needs to figure out a way to keep the line moving. If someone has a problem and you can tell they are going to be a lengthy transaction , call for backup , or ask the next customer in line if the quart of oil in their hand is all they need and just ring them up real quick . the lengthy transaction person can wait 5 more seconds while you do this. JUST KEEP THE LINE MOVING!!!!!

Where do I start.. I came to AutoZone to buy windshield wipers. They didnt fit for my truck so I waiting a few days before taking them back. When I went to return them for my money they wouldnt do it. They were just trying to give me store credit.. I was in a heated argument with the manger Stephanie. I asked her for the store mangers and the district mangers number. She wouldnt write it down she just pointed to the door. The next day I call both mangers and they agreed to give me a full refund they were really nice about it. I went in a second time to get my money back and I got into another argument with a different manger and an employee. He threatened to fight me. Once again I was let down after they promised me a full refund. I emailed the district manger and he called me later that night. Hes a very cool guy and easy to work with. He told me the next time I go in they will give me my refund. Finally I got my refund after the third time going in and when I was trying to talk with the store manger he really didnt want to help me or hear what I had to say and I thought that was very rude. But at the end of the day I will never spend a dime at this place again.. they really need to work on customer service!!!

Auston was my hero today. My battery started giving me problems since lunch time. Had my battery jumpped 2hrs before i got off work. Charged the battery for 15min. Went back to work. When i get off work, i go to my truck and it didnt want to start again. I call for another jump, died after a couple of min. 2nd jump died right before the guy leaves. After the 3rd jump i decided to run to Auto Zone. Auston helped me check my battery and replace it right off the my truck. He torqued it out, replaced it, and reinstalled everything back together. My engine light was checked to make sure there wasnt anything else draining my battery. As the cherry on top he even helped me change my trucks light bulb... Made my day after a long day! Thanks!!

Horrible experience, whenever I need anything for my vehicle I go to AutoZone but I do not recommend this location The workers were very unprofessional including the manager when I needed service such as my battery getting recharged I came in they had no one to assist me when clearly there were multiple employees working they asked me to come back in an hour so that they can help me with service that I needed done I came back in an hour and they told me to come back in 30 minutes because they have to answer phones there short staffed and they dont have anyone to help at this time. Never again !!!!

I really like this location. Its great place. I drive rather far to come here. Its the only auto parts store that I know of open 24 hours. Its across the street from Walmart if you happen to either not find something thats rather common in stock then your alternative is across at Walmart. Another great asset for this location is the very helpful and compassionate staff. Theyve always been a great help to me in my toughest moments

Chuwan the new guy with ear rings in his ear is just another example of what NOT to do in the work place. Chuwan is so unprofessional and deserves to be demoted and retrained as to when and how to speak to customers who are spending their hard earned cash buying these ridiculously priced tools as walmart across the street is way more affordable. Thus, Chuwan is extremely unprofessional and should be avoided!!!!!!!

Everyone here is cool, its the system of how if you pick your own products out and want to pay you have to wait for people who are asking for parts. Its painful to watch people who dont know what they need. They need a designated cashier. Problem solved.....

I call to see if the part I need is in stock in store , and they say it is but when I arrive to pick it up its nowhere to be found. I drove from LA to gardena for nothing. What a waste of my time
