I went in to buy something and they didnt have it in such a big store which is fine, but when I asked an employee to help me, his manager told him to do something else. Then I asked that same manager if they had that item in stock and his exact words were, "I dont know man". Then on another visit, a couple weeks later, I asked for help finding something else, and a fat, bald, manager told me, "Its over there, in the far end", he didnt even look up at me. The managers are really dismissive and snobby, as if they were running a 5-star hotel, they dont seem to care much about customers, at least not as much as the regular employees. The checkout was horrible as well, on both occasions, the cashiers only said 1 phrase, which was the total. There was no "Thanks come again", "Hey how are you" or "Have a good day", which you would hear at any generic fast food joint, or read from a self-checkout machine. I would rather travel a little farther to the Food 4 Less across town, or buy my groceries online, than go back to such an unfriendly store.

Smart & Final just remodeled this place and it is called Smart & Final Extra. It is a very fancy supermarket full of everything you could dream of combined with some bulk products like Smart & Final is normally known for. They have loads of people to help you and it is very clean and brand new. There is also two aisles of bulk bins with grains and cereal and things like that. I am very thankful that Smart & Final has opened this new store in 2016! The parking is pretty tight so if you have a giant truck be patient and park out in the boonies.

This location has a great staff and inventory. The Store Manager Brian and Assistant Manger Josh are always friendly and available to assist. The lines move pretty quick and the Clerks always have a smile. I always enjoy shopping here after work on my way home. Great selection of bulk items and no membership needed to get through the door.

I always love shopping at S & F. This is a new store opened in an old grocery store. Its huge. The staff was your typical food store chain folks. Not really interested in the customers, but they get the job done. I went there to shop for a Community dinner and found all I needed in one simple shopping trip.

The staff here all seem dead inside. No one is friendly and they just go about their day. There are never enough cashiers. There are never any baskets at the front and Im always looking around to find one. Prices are decent.

Convenience and wide selection. Bulk items as well. Really good, fresh sushi believe it or not! Good alcohol selection. Bakery, rotisserie chickens, and competitive prices to boot! Gary, the store director is an amazing man!

Theyre the only grocery store in this neighborhood. The prices are cheap and they have good produce. Their prices are better than any of the big grocery stores in town and you can get bulk goods.
