I came for the first time on Black Friday for some new sneakers! It was actually significantly less chaotic than Id expected. Id envisioned all the terrors of those demented Wal-Mart stampedes, but everyone here (employees and clients alike) was unbelievably polite to one another! There was no grabbing, no shoving, and no screaming. Of course, there were unavoidable lines and cramped-ness, but one would hear "excuse me"s dropped pleasantly up and down the aisles, and I found a rather neat, albeit long and windy, line up to the cashiers. The employees are very friendly here and did a commendable job of tidying up the shelves and floors. Nearer a discount deadline (2pm that day for 15% off the entire store), employees calmly and efficiently worked to pass out discount-guarantee cards to everyone still browsing. One working lass was even kind enough on this busy day to give me advice on which of the many collections of shoes to try for my particular needs. Stop by and check out their wares! Aside from a very pleasant experience, I also left with some great deals and nice shoes.

I went the other night with my boyfriend to find him some cleats. He specifically wanted magistas. I went today 10/25/15 and one of the managers, I did not get his name, and one of the associates, I did not get his name either, gave me excellent customer service. They searched every shoe for about 45 minutes. They tripled checked everywhere to find me the cleats for my boyfriend. However we could not find them. The manager said that he will call me when he finds them. They had great customer service and I definitely recommend everyone to come to this outlet. Thank you so much to the 2 men that helped me today! I look forward to seeing you soon!

One of the perks for living in the Bay Area is having a Nike clearance store! This is where I get most of my basketball shoes. Best place to go to if you play basketball shoes because they have them for the cheapest prices! But heres a warning: COME EARLY! If you dont come early all the "good" shoes will be gone so better come early. And if your wondering how much their shoes usually cost they usually do about half of price. Like KD8s are about 70 or 80. I got my Kobe Mentalitys though for about 27$!!! Original price:85$

This place gets REALLY crowded, whether on weekends or weekdays. I absolutely love clearance stores as theyre much cheaper than your typical factory outlet. I stumbled on these Nike clearance outlets while in Florida and keep a lookout for them whenever Im traveling. Call the store before going to see if they have any promotions. They almost always have an additional 20% off on major holidays. A large majority of my Nike collection comes from these clearance outlets so theres something here for everyone.

Maybe Im beginning to hate this place... I use to love coming here but last couple of time you get in here ready to rumble and tussle. This place is packed but they have all sizes and styles. Youll have to put up for very little places to try shoes and kids running around stepping on your feet while their parents try and negotiate the shoes they want. But once you manage to get through the hassle, youre rewarded with good deals and nice shoes with money leftover to buy a bear and wind down.

one of the worst nike stores i have ever been to, the workers there are extremely rude and act like they own nike or something, and they are always talking to each other or hiding in the back. One thing that would make the store better is that they need to have more premium shoes that makes the store worth going to, they have a sign that says new stock in the front but everytime i go there all the have is flynit running shoes and overpriced stephan janoski shoes.

Everything good at the location. I usually shop for running shoes or tight. But people who work on the floor are so lazy just want to walk around and talk to each other o hide in a corner. If u ask them for a size they say oh we dont have it without checking and if u ask to pay with then using the device they have. They say oh it doesnt work. If you dont like your job just quite and let someone who need it and want to work. I hate lazy people

A really nice outlet near where I work. I shop here from time to time to get my tennis shoes and shirts. If you know where to look, you can get pretty decent deals. Ive got a few tennis shoes that usually retails around $120 for just $40! Yes you read that right, you just need to look carefully. Overall my experience there has been perfect. I got what I want, and the staffs were helpful. I will definitely come back.

This place is like a pulling a lever on a slot machine. Some days, youll find a diamond of an item for dirt cheap, and other days, youll walk other days with nothing. A big portion of my current Nike gear are from this place. Great place to waste a half an hour, especially since I live so close to this place. Dont forget to fill out a survey on the bottom of your receipt for a $5 gift card!

This location is kinda smaller than other factory places. First time coming here, I suspect heavy theft presence here with SLPD station in store. However dont let that deter you as you can ask for escort to the car if you feel unsafe. They even take gift card from regular Nike stores. No problem for me try it on walk a few steps in store. Make a decision and Im out.

On holiday sales, there are lines out the door and lines that wrap around the store to make purchases. Yes, the sales are that good. Loved it and the shoes were at a good price especially if your on a budget. Even though it was crowded and the line was long; they had a system in place where the line moved fast and people didnt have to wait that long. Perfect example of how a business should be run so that everyone leaves wanting to return. Ill be back soon, I guarantee that!

The store was OK and affordable. I bought 4 pairs of shoes at this store but when I got home I found out that one of my shoes still has the magnet on it (the one they take off in the counter when you pay for it). The cashier that assisted me is very nice but he forgot to take it off.

Super crowded incredibly disorganized and sloppy but you cant beat the prices for a fresh pair of kicks just came from the Nashville Outlet you think it would be Premier store of new release shoes compared to this one but I know how to move through the store so I can deal with it
