I brought my two kids to the store, and the service was great. They were measured, and we found really nice shoes for them quickly. They both needed size 1, and luckily sizes "were" available. It was only after I got home I realized we were sold size 1.5 and 2 instead. I am very disappointed, and will return to the store for a refund. Also, I just found the same shoes online for 40% of the original price. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Great service and Great selection. Service matters these days. The staff at Howards shoes spent a lot of time trying on shoes for our son. It was refreshing to see the good customer service!!
