I cant say enough about the quality of the boot, and when the boots eyelets broke, I was highly impressed with Redwings lifetime warranty on eyelets. They also give free laces for life. Well thats where the buck stops. They needed to send my boots in and I needed to work. I decided to buy another pair, 2 pair of work boots is a good idea. I wear a very large size so I had to wait a couple days for them to come in. Well a week went by and no call. The middle of the second week I was told they werent there yet. The beginning of the third week I went in, a different person was working, boots were there and had been for over a week. Gave them my old pair, was told 1-2 weeks max, they were only being sent to Dublin, 15 miles away. After not being called for 3 weeks I called them. I was told I would get a call when they arrived. I was told," I just got back from vacation and they were not there and she didnt even have any idea about them." (maybe a let me find out and let you know would be nice) Well its been 5 weeks and no word. Very unprofessional service, find a different store to shop , all the prices are the same in all the stores. Youll get served better elsewhere.!!!

Very Helpful! My new orthopedic insoles by Red Wing are making my feet more comfortable, in my current boots. I will say, this store has a wide selection of work related footwear, with, or without, toe protection (steel toes), and they still make some of their Better shoes and Boots in the USA, In Red Wing, Minnesota. I took a pair home to try out, over one evening, inside my house only, decided the orthopedics in my current boots was all I needed, so I returned the boots for a full refund. I realized I forgot my receipt at home, After getting back to the store, I almost drove back home to get it, but decided to try the return without the receipt. Long story short, they did not need the receipt, just my phone number, and the return to my card was completed, no hassles. Thanks! Next time I need Carpenter boots Ill get them here!

I wish there was a No Star rating! I went there to find a new pair of work boots and large rude woman at the front interrogated me about what I needed (like i didnt really need them), had a nasty attitude and could care less about what I was saying. I thought maybe it was because I was a woman looking for work boots, but I soon found she was just lazy and angry at everyone. She spoke to me as if I was there to give her customer service not the other way around. No eye contact and just really unprofessional and the rudest staff Ive encountered in a long time. I can imagine I am not their only victim. I will NEVER return to this retailer, nor will I spend a penny of my money supporting this particular location, and I will never suggest it to anyone ever.

Went here at 2pm and they were out to lunch and didnt even have a correct time they were going to be back. Didnt know stores with posted hours could close for lunch. Once I went back an hour and a half later there was only one lady working. Took 25 mins just to get boots to try on. How are they going to only have one person working and the close for lunch?

Went in to the store to purchase the new Irish Setter series boot. Horrible customer service. Rude and wouldnt even try to find a store closer with my size.
