This is the best Sephora Store I have ever walked into. The workers here are the NICEST people ever and so very helpful. Love the bright attitude and warming smile to help others. The one across the street at Westfield Valley Fair, however, has disgusting workers. Lemme tell you a little story. The Westfield Valley Fair has the worst Sephora Store I have ever walked into. Every time I go there, I get the worst attitude workers. Funny how its only ever in that store. The one at Santana Row is so much better and nicer and has more varieties. Happens many times that whenever I try to buy a specific product I only need, any worker from that store tries to sell me anything else. I was once trying to buy the Becca Primer with the Foundation and this one rushed worker tried to sell me all Tarte products and kept convincing me that my skin obviously "breathes better" with the Tarte foundation. WTF. After I said no thank you, Id rather have the Becca Set, she said "Oops, my manager just told me that I have to move onto a next costumer, sorry." And walked away. And they dont even have darker shades for some foundations. BYE FELICIA! shook with that store. Anyways, thank you Santana Row for always giving me the best experience. <3

I visited Sephora on Sunday because I needed help picking out some skin care and make up products. I worked with D who went above and beyond in helping me to understand how to take care of my skin and what products are best for it. He walked me through how I should be getting ready from start to finish considering the state of my skin. I also needed help with putting together an everyday look- I dont like to spend too much time on my make up so I wanted something that was easy but still looked good. He not only taught me how to apply the make up but made sure I could get it done quickly. My make up this morning was easy- and looks way better than it ever has before. I definitely cant wait to go back in the next couple of weeks and buy some more of what he showed me. This Sephora is really amazing and the entire staff is super helpful

I went there to buy some colognes for myself and maybe some perfumes for the honey. The sales girl was not very eager to show me. She had the let me know when youre ready to buy attitude which was off putting. I asked her 2 samples and she was so stingy in filling up the tiny bottles that she barely filled it. It was like she was filling up from her own personal collection. Disgusted, I still managed to politely walk away. Never again am I coming here and would advise anyone to as well. Stay away from that sales girl at the very least. She was a stocky Caucasian.

Upon entering the store, we required about the Color Match service and was told they only had 1 stylist available - 6pm on a weekday. We waited for the stylist and she was very sweet. But another group came in and they were immediately helped with makeover by two other stylists - so Im not sure what the deal was....
