Because the store on Union is now closed (RIP), this store gets a lot more clientele, and is often out of product. Ive had issues with uneven customer service here, I often get the feeling that staff is not treated well. Ive also been ignored or passed over for other walk-in customers, despite the fact that I was in the store first. Thats very frustrating, and why I gave only 4 stars. All customers should be treated equally, regardless of age or appearance of wealth! If I go in by myself, staff is a bit more attentive. Better customer service at the Powell St. store, but the lighting is horrible there. So choose your poison.

No doubt MAC has great products...and the pro makeup artists at the Fillmore store are amazingly talented. BUT I would suggest to the store manager that she do a better job of scheduling her employees at the store. Im always having to wait for help...even if I have an appointment! It is so frustrating because for the appointments, I am paying to wait. Doesnt work if you have to keep to a schedule, which I assume mist people do. Talent- 5 stars...service, 1 star.
