Continually the worst Lush experience Ive ever had. Every time I enter this shop I am never greeted by staff and when I do manage to get someones attention they are not very helpful or knowledgeable about the products. I received a gift for my birthday and when I came in to exchange it Without a receipt, I was told they would not accept the products even though they were not expired and were more than 75% full, which goes against Lush policy from what I can tell from their website. I do not recommend this shop, what a disappointment to the Lush name.

This store smells great and they have a lot of natural products. Yes its a bit pricy but sometimes you have to pamper yourself. The people here are overly friendly when you in for a peek but theyre give you a demo of the product if youre really interested.

The best Lush store around San Francisco. People here are very friendly and helpful. A male SA with black hair (I wish I remember his name) was super knowledgeable and gave me a lot of nice advises and recommendations.

The employees are super friendly and helpful, and helped me find the product I was looking for. I later came back and returned another product I didnt love with no judgement and no issues.
