I had bought an offer from Groupon, that allowed me to use a card for certain value every visit. First few times I didnt have any issues. The pastries were good. Garlic bread was a little burnt, but it wasnt so bad. During one of visits, I got the food and went around in the lot for about an hour, and then I returned back to the place. The owners refused to accept the card. No matter how hard I tried to explain the difference between once per visit versus once per day, it didnt change anything. The lady behind the counter kept saying that once per visit means one per day. Finally, I was told "We have the right to refuse service to anyone and we are refusing service to you". If you really want to release a card that can only be used once per day, why can you simply not put it that ways. It was a terrible experience, not something I would appreciate as a customer.

I love this place! Affogato is totally the bomb! I cant get enough of it that I had to come back the next day for it! Its sooo yummy and addiciting! I want to go back for more! Yummm!! Ive tried other items too but this I cant seem to get off of my mind. Another thing I try there is the steam egged custard! I just love it! I eat it hot and it was nice to have a light sweet egg taste on a rainy cold day! My two faves from there thus far! Will have to go back for more. Mango Moo wasnt too shabby either!

Delicious drinks, extensive menu, cozy atmosphere. I love getting blended drinks from here because its quick and always tasty. A few down-sides are the mushy pearls at the end of the day and the wealth of teenagers after school. Overall, I would not go anywhere else for my avocado drink in San Jose!

Excellent spot for a late night dessert. Its open till around 11pm (12:30pm on weekends). The offerings are fruit base and are delicious. Dont miss the Foot Spa couple of shops away. That too is open late. Nothing like a late night smoothie and some relaxing (cheap) foot massage.

I come here for the Mango Moo and only the Mango Moo. There have been occasions where I was feeling like a rebel and wanted to try something new despite feeling in my gut that I should stick to my Mango Moo. I always regret it when walking back to my car. Get their Mango Moo.

i went here for the first time, and when we payed, the worker slammed my drink down after applying the cover for the drink. when she gave it to me, she slammed it down with attitude. it wasnt a good experience.

Love the new setup! Blue Eyes is the best tea in the world, and J love how you can put how much of whatever you want in there. Plus wi-fi?! Come here often!

The build your own boba is great. Control sweetness and ice levels manually. Feel like boba and rainbow jelly, and in as much of each as you want

They have a build your own boba now! As much or little toppings as you want and you can mix drinks. Make sure you try their wintermelon drink.
