ordered a smoothie, got home and found out it was not sweet. Called back to complain but the guy said it is supposed to be like that. He argued and did not apologize or offer a new one. I ordered at least 8 smoothies before but the mixer guy forgot an ingredient!

This location does the #6 fruit filled che correctly... another location was sparse on the fruit. Love the #2, #4, #6 and others. Wish they participated in five stars or other loyalty programs.

4 stars for the macaroons flavors they have but not 5 cause of the over price. Over 5bux for 1? I know other places who has the same quality stuff and bigger size for 2bux cheaper.

We have been coming here for dessert after eating next door. The ice cream sandwiches are lovely, but overpriced. The jelly teas are good and fresh.

Yummy Smoothies and milk tea! You can mix and match any ingredients . I heard their banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) are quite good too!

I love their Vietnamese coffee. They dont have much seating and the service is kind of slow, but the drink is still worth the wait.

They only accept cash. Also yelp sign gets on my nerve because the firm is greedy for money.
