I have sold clothing twice at this store and the lines to sell your clothes can be very long. I have waited between 10-30 minutes to sell. The people behind the counter are fast and efficient. They dont have time for small talk and need to spend that time considering the items carefully. They KNOW their customer base, so while many people are offended that they only bought one item, they have their reasons for it. They dont have time for chit-chat and couldnt possibly explain to each customer why they dont want each piece of clothing. If they did do that, people would be complaining about how long they had to wait in line to sell, and wouldnt return. They check the tags, the condition of the garment, consider the season, decide whether or not it might sell, and determine what they could sell it for, all very quickly. Just because you take in designer items (along with non-designer items) doesnt mean it is something that would sell at this particular store, at this particular point in time. They have purchased both designer and non-label clothing from me. I always cash out (rather than taking store credit) because I do believe the items are overpriced. BUT, if they lowered their prices then they would have to give their sellers less money for their items. Thats the way business works, so I am personally happy reselling my clothes here. I am giving it 4 stars because I always wish they WOULD buy more, but I am happy with my experiences there. Thank you Buffalo Exchange for recycling clothes!

BUFFALO EXCHANGE CAN SHOVE IT, they absolutely sucked - the person in front of me had three huge bags of some great stuff and the girl at the counter didnt take any of it, she did however encourage bringing it back again some other time. She got to me and started looking through my stuff - she asked me if I was over 18 and if I have an I.D. on me so I answered yes, but no I forgot my I.D. - she immediately cringed her face and said sorry but I need to see an I.D. and if you bring one back then I can look at your clothes.... I wasnt sure why an I.D. was absolutely required - what the hell are they checking for? Anyway, the employees were bitchy and they werent buying anyones stuff. The prices of the clothes being sold in the store were overpriced and wack! DO NOT GO TO BUFFALO EXCHANGE !!!

Buffalo Exchange rocks! They give you a 25-30% cut of the profit. Considering the overhead involved in brick and mortar shops, this is a good deal. It may seem that they are "stuck up" but its tough to tell someone their clothing is no good- people take it very personally- but its not. There are strict rules for purchases from the public -first, yes, you must have an ID. This in for the IRS in case of audit- you have to have recorded proof of purchase from a real human being. Secondly, resale involves a time crunch of keeping up w/ current and desireable trends. People shop there to keep up w/ the latest fashion- affordably. If you think they are expensive, then you must get your clothing dumpster diving, because they are the cheapest place around.

Went to this location to sell some items and the managers instead of checking the items, they were being really talkative asking us questions about our lives. I just saw them pulling things and putting them on the side without even taking a slight view while chit chatting with us, felt like i just waisted my time at this store, definetly take your clothes somewhere else. Just gave them a 2nd star because of them being nice, but need to pay more attention to the items instead of customers lives!!

This place rummaged through my clothes and bought 1 item. Wish I knew how stuck up these people are. They said my clothes wasnt vintage enough cuz it was all summer tanks & stuff but when I looked around there was hardly anything vintage there!!! The brands I had were the same they had!! I tried finding this "vintage " they were so faithful to and nothing. F this place!!

Offers great thrifty clothes that are higher quality than your average thrift store. Be greeted when you first walk in by friendly staff who vocally greet you with a smile. You are also able to sell your own clothes there but due to their higher quality selection be prepared to get more than half of what you bring in rejected.

I thought the store itself was really cool, but was very disappointed that upon bringing two large boxes of gently worn clothing in to sell, they purchased 1 item for $5.00. It was a waste of my time...very disappointing....unless you have extremely unique or vintage stuff youd do better yard selling your items.

Had mostly ALL designer clothes. Kenneth Cole, Liz Claiborne etc... All in excellent condition. (i.e. Worn once or twice dry cleaned and never worn), and out of about 30 items they took one??? So took it to goodwill and got a tax write-off worth $750... Perfect for tax season! Never will I go back again...

Buffalo Exchange has a great selection of womens and mens clothing, shoes and accessories. The best thing about shopping at Buffalo Exchange, is the unique vintage styles and the new and designer styles. Lots of choices at comfortable prices.

The clothing selection was decent but I was more disappointed with the customer service. One girl in particular had a bit of an attitude problem that I noticed her having with not only me but another customer as well and another in the past.

I have been trading here since the mid 90s (they used to be down the street then) and have always found it to carry great pieces at great prices. I love to take in a pile of things I no longer wear and walk out with a few new things.

Terrible customer service. Rude stuck-up employees. Over-priced used clothing. Never buy from people bringing their clothes in. Just tells them to try again at some later date. Waste of time. Platos closet is 100 times better.

Good selection of used clothes and accessories. Most were like, or close to New. Employees were friendly. Easy to find through Google maps. Wide range of sizes too, from really small to plus sizes.

Rude, dismissive and un-helpful. If you want to feel like an idiot when trying to sell your clothes, this is the store for you.

Used clothing is in good to great condition, but sells for a little more than I would like to spend on used clothes.
