Ghetto customer service!! I called in to confirm pricing on an item that another store in another city had on sale and when I called (909-889-5818) some guy answers it like hes answering his personal phone, I had to ask if I was calling the right place. Then when I inquire about the item I called for, he hands the phone over to some lady in the background without placing me on hold...only for me to hear him tell said lady, "it aint for me!" So back to the beginning on explaining what I want to find out and I can bet her left tit that she had no idea what I was talking about, she just wanted me off the phone! Thats my review, Ill revise it after I visit it personally! Id like to see these people up close and maybe add a pic with my review! To be continued...

Everything is great in this market. unfortunately the employers of bakery are not good, yes they make the cake good but they dont give very great services. My brother and I went to pick up a cake for my Mothers birthday. The lady saw us and said "Ill be with you in a minute." she was boxing a cake. She took 25 MINUTES . Maybe we would have been waiting more time if we never left the store.

I shop here once every blue moon. I choose Suprior over El Super b/c its cheaper. The staff, and employees are hella koo. They work hard to keep the chemistry going sure do know how to satisfy a customer. The atmosphere here is like walking thru a library even tho music is playing.

The sales are always awesome, but the lines always ruin my shopping experience. There are always, at most, 3 lanes open for checkout at any giving time. There has been times where I would stand in line for twice the time it took me to shop. Definitely not a good thing. 4/10 ehh.

Great prices, great customer service, great selection, and plenty of parking. Just dont use the restroom there at least not the mens its nasty like some back alley truck stop smelled and felt like you could catch something in there.

Even though the parking can be a real pain, and the place is always packed, I cant help but to come here weekly for lunch. Their food is always so fresh and I have recently gotten hooked on their fresh smoothies.

I love going to Superior Grocers. It has great products and prices. No matter how far I live from it is will go there for produce and bottled water. It is clean and has wonderful cashiers.

Customer service was good, shelves stocked, and they have a variety of different products normal stores dont carry. Juices from bakery are great!
