Nancy came highly recommended but I must tell you she turned out to be a major flop. I took about an hour of my time completing a very detailed form on line prior to my first visit with her. The first visit, which lasted about 45 min, costing $150, found that she hardly reviewed this prior information and had to go through there at the time of my first meeting with her. She then loaded me up with quite a supply of her special costly potions and sent me off, saying she would follow up with me by phone in a couple of weeks. After waiting several weeks and not hearing from her I called her back and she said she had been very busy and therefore failed to get back to me. She had me come in again to her shop where she once again loaded me up with more costly potions and pills, saying she would again follow up by phone, which she never did. So at this point I wrote this costly experience off as bad judgment on my part and I will never seek her services again.

Im so glad a friend told me about Optimum Health. I was frustrated with missing work because of health issues even though I was following the health plan my doctor set forth. Just a few visits with Nancy and some simple changes that were easy to incoporate into my health plan and I was feeling so much better. No more sick days at work. My doctor was very impressed with the changes in my over all health and said "keep it up". Nancy and her staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend Optimum Health!

I was very impressed with this shop. I called on the phone looking for a type of powdered vitamin, I spoke with Nancy and we discussed what I was trying to accomplish. She told me she carried the specific item I wanted but after getting some more information she recommended a little different way to go. Im looking forward to seeing how I feel over the next 2 weeks.
