I have shopped here multiple times and I cant say that it is comfortable. There is a difference between being helpful as an employee and making someone feel smothered. I went the last time with my husband (long beard, biker type) and an employee stood behind him the entire time he was in the store even though he told the employee that he was just looking around, waiting on me. When we left he told me he felt they must have thought he was there to steal something and I realized that is exactly the way they make me feel. It is too bad because it is a nice store. That was my last visit, I drive to Modesto now and shop at Sprouts. I can get help there but no one has to keep an eye on me, and just for the record, I pay for everything I take out of the store.

I have been a customer of this store for well over 10 years. I love the new location they moved to a few years back. This is a wonderful store with a staff that is very helpful and always looking to answer questions I or my wife may have. Even in times when they may not have what Im looking for I know that they will have it soon. Once I was looking for a particular oil and they did not carry it but we got some good information on where we should obtain it to make sure that we got the purest form of this type of oil and not something off the internet that may have misrepresented what we really needed.. Thank you Ladies! Youre Awesome!

I went here with a list of three items and this store had none of them. I left my name and number and was told Id be called back the day of shipment to come and pick up the items I needed and I never received a call. I made sure to tell them I just had a baby and it was important for me to purchase these items as soon as possible. The experience was awkward and I feel as though I was discriminated against because of my appearance and being over weight. What a terrible way for a health food store to make you feel.
