I called this place in advance and asked them if they were purchasing TVs. They guy on the phone said to bring it down so they could take a look. I get there and bring in my nearly new 43" LG 4K ULTRA HDTV with the box. Then some sloppy fat kid behind the counter tells me to take it out to show him. He asks me what I want for it and I tell him I paid $599 for it a month and a half ago so I was looking at $400 thinking that he would offer me $300 maybe $250 at the lowest. The kid condescendingly says, "youre not gonna get that we would only give you $100-$150 if that". I look at him and tell him I just bought it a couple months back and its a top of the line TV. He replies,"Im happy for you". I chuckle and say "Man, no thanks, Im not that desperate but you dont have to be rude about it". As I leave some older lady smiles at me and I say, "You should teach that young man better customer service skills". She doesnt say anything as I walk out. This place is an All American Joke. I wish I could give it zero stars.

This place is the worst I bought a TV and less then a month it went out . They did replace it but in less than a week the replacement caught fire and when I called the people are so rude . I went in to see if they were going to replace the TV or what well the young guy in the front desk was so rude that he didnt say anything to me gave some of money but not all . I WILL NEVER GO BACK .

Been going here for years, because theyre a good honest family doing as fair of business as they can. Most of the time, they will beat competitors prices. The only downside are they close too soon at 5pm and are not open on Sundays. Other than that, fantastic!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I ADORE THE FAMILY THAT OWNS IT! IVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE THE PARENTS WERE RUNNING THE BUSINESS AND THESE MEN WERE YOUNG BOYS! THEY ARE FAIR AND HONEST. IF YOU NEED A PAWN SHOP, THIS IS THE ONE!!!
