Let me start by saying the product is great! I just had a bad customer service experience. I made my first trip to Krispy Kreme recently and was very unhappy with my experience. I arrived and saw that the drive through line was long, so decided to go inside and order instead. What I saw was a long line inside as well. I do not mind waiting in line as long as it feels like the employees are doing all they can to ensure the customer gets in and out in a timely matter. I wasnt sure how it worked but decided to get in line. I began to wait while noticing that several employees behind the counter were not acting professional at all. At one point the people around me and I, thought they just stopped serving people because no one was behind the register trying to help the long line. Mean while the two gentlemen that were running the drive through continued to not help even when they had no cars. They were just horsing around. One of them was slouching on the computer as if they were slow. Not once did anyone communicate with the line saying we will be right with you, sorry about the wait.. we ran out of doughnuts... nothing. I got to the front to notice there are NO doughnuts in the glass case. OK... so a dozen glaze please, sorry mam your going to have to wait. All and all great product horrible service. Unhappy experience

Excellent Service!! Just got free five different flavored doughnuts that I ordered!!! No Kidding, I came at like 3:30 AM and I was told my bill would be due at the window, but I told her I wanted it before that at the menu and when got to window, got my doughnuts were handed to me in like 15 seconds and BAM, free doughnuts. Made me feel confident! Also, one time I wanted a maple glazed with white creme filling and they made that for me!They dont even have those type of doughnuts and they made it specially for me! Its was amazing. The only downside Id give is that their menu doesnt have everything they list on there, but that is no reason to hate, you can always call ahead of time (which I didnt do), but theyre still great people that will keep your belly full!!!

Wow over and over Im disappointed! I paid 10 for card to support kids Im suppose to get free dozen glazed with purchase of assorted 3 times Ive come and there has been no glazed then I come theres no cakes or old fashion then now there so small whats going on???? You use to be the best now quality is shrinking they are half the size and your always out it was 9am there should have been allot to choose from!! Disappointed and thinking it time to change to Dunkin Doughnuts which is right down the street I go a long way out of my way to get Krispy Cream but if the quality continues this way Im going to stop!!!!!

What a bad experience. Pulled up and when we were ready to order our 2 dozen donuts, they were OUT of 6 choices of the 12 that were on the drive thru menu. She said they were going to start making the ones that are out at 5:00. We were there at 2:30! Really? You think Im going to wait 2.5 hours for some donuts? Frustrated, I wanted to back out of there drive thru but, there were now 3 cars behind me, and, 2 cars ahead. Im not going to waist my time behind 2 cars to leave without an order. Worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. Girl was nice but experience, worst.

Awful customer service. The lady that was helping us was extremely rude. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get to the front of the line, find out almost every donut I asked for was out. When I got to the check out the guy asked me what I wanted to drink, while I was telling him he was paying attention to another employee and had to reask what drinks I wanted. I came to this location over the yuba city location ( which is down the street from my house ) to get fresh donuts and I now waisted time, gas, and money. Unfriendly employees and awful quality products.

We saw that the hot doughnuts neon was illuminated and said as a group, hell yes, we need that right now. Walked in to bathe in the glorious aroma. We 4 all stood salivating in front of the glass case and deliberated on which flavor we would buy but werent greeted or even acknowledged. We thought that was odd. Waited another two minutes. Not so much as a be with you in one moment, folks and the drive-thru guy made eye contact with me. We left. Will not be back as this location is out of our way and apparently staffed by untrained children.

I have loved and supported this location since it opened I buy the run raiser cards I do it all but Im tired of going in not being able to get my free dozen glazed doughnuts and now your charging 20 cents more for doughnuts because you put eyes on them and call them Halloween Doughnuts they have whip cream in them. Im sorry but 9.99 for a dozen doughnuts is enough Duncan doughnuts just moved in down the street look like Im no longer supporting Krispy Cream they just want to charge more and more and give me less!!!!!

Compared to all other Krispy Kremes out there, this one is no different. Basic smallish donut shop that serves doughnuts and other items that go along with the doughnut theme such as coffee and doughnut holes. The staff is usually ready and waiting to go, but Ive had some experiences which were less pleasant. They usually have most speciality doughnuts available, but sometimes the display is just barren of anything good.

The product is exactly what youd expect from Krispy Kreme. Very rarely in times Ive been do they not have freshly baked doughnuts. They have a great glass viewing area for everyone to watch the production line. In-store staff Ive talked with have been great. My only complaint is Ive never been able to get anyone on the phone and there is no answering service.

The staff here went above and beyond... Not to mention the customer hearing me tell the staff that my daughter had never been here before... The customer offered her a free donut from what he was purchasing. The wonderful man behind the counter offered a cup with ice with our milk... How did he know we liked it like that!!

Dress or talk like a Pirate Day was a blast. The line was a little long, the crowd was fun with a mix of families of all ages, and the Krispy Kreme staff did an outstanding job getting the hot glazed donuts in o the hands, mouth and stomachs of our community of pirates! Thanks Krispy Kreme for a fun night!

They are barely what Id call donuts. More like donut-shaped pastries, or candy donuts. If you knew what you were paying for, you would buy your donuts from somewhere else. Although, the closest above average donut shop Ive found is in Orangevale.
