Stopped in the morning and bought two bistro boxes--one for the drive into Sacramento, one for "lunch". I was shocked to find my box (at lunch) moldy, very disgusting. It smelled and I never even opened it. I stopped in upon returning to Lincoln, CA that evening to bring the box in. In essence, the three women there called me a "LIAR". They told me, "That cannot happen because we change these out daily." I was shocked and realized they thought I was scamming them. I said, "I do NOT want anything! Im just telling you what happened to me..." and left. But I will NEVER be back. EVER. Besides, I am trying to avoid Starbucks because they are OVER packaged, OVER priced, and one more huge corporation... Bad customer service. This was the THIRD time I had a TERRIBLE experience at THE STARBUCKS on Ferrari Ranch Road. 7/9/13 event. the server in AM was cool. The evening crew (esp. one of them) should GO.

It was absolutely terrible there were only three girls working in the store. They were just talking and gossiping about customers. They were taking cups and trying to drop kick then in the garbage can. They dropped the cups and I overheard the barista say that she was to lazy to print another label so she just used the same cup that was on the floor and gave it to the customers. It made me so mad. I would rate it 0 but that is not an option. Also the service was terrible I ordered a tall strawberry acai refresher and a tall strawberry banana smoothie and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. This has been my worst Starbucks experience so far. Ive been to many Starbucks stores before, and Ive never had such a negative and discussing experience. All the Starbucks Ive been to were great except for this one.

This is my home Starbucks and I feel as comfortable here as anyplace. Well, not any place (precariously hanging off of a cliff by a ripping string comes to mind) but it ranks among the most relaxing and friendly places I know of. The food and drinks are great, the people are never surly (or burly) and I never find awkward hairs in my food- you know what Im talking about.

So I went to Starbucks and asked for a Carmel macchiato blended and they had made it iced so I politely asked for them to remake my drink blended. With a rude response I was told yes. And had thrown it into the blender with a few peaces of ice and handed back to me runny and watered down.

Terrible Starbucks! This place has one of the worst drive thrus ever. A simple drink takes over ten minutes to get and then they make it wrong. I live down the street so out of convenience I come here, but after the consistent mess ups I will drive to another one.

All the barista are nice, the wait isnt long even when theyre busy, and even though the dining area is not huge, there is a variety of seating options. Theres a little corner that is usually very quiet and private and great for working on homework or projects.

I live right down the street, and I have to say the gang here is always friendly and gets my order right every time. The store is clean, the drinks are solid, and they get you in and out as quick as they can.

This is a good Starbucks, attached to a mini mall and accompanied by an AT&T, GNC, and GameStop. Free WiFi, peaceful nook for studying, and plenty of looky-loos lurking about. Beware.
