I called to to see if they had a book I was looking...instead of answering the phone to help me, they hung up! That is AWFUL customer service and highly disrespectful. But then, I decided Ill just go over there and see for myself. I stood at customer service for 10 minutes and no one helped me, they just stared at me and checked out people. If you create such a bad atmosphere that people dont want to do their job and theyll push customers away. So Ill leave it at this...instead you want great customer service AND respect go to the B&N in Citrus Heights. So much better!

Good coffee and light desert with a magazine atmosphere. Chairs are hard, padding worn and tables are small. Great customer service and willing to help you order books you want. Seating outside available and safer for children than other seating areas I have noticed.

This location was very accommodating. There was supposed to be schools caroling outside but it was raining so they let them come inside & use the back. The service here is always helpful but theres always a line to check out. Great selection for the whole family.

Great sales with membership card and without plus its clean and the atmosphere is very nice and you can grab a bite to eat or drink coffee or tea at your convenience and the employees are friendly to the customers.
