Not customer oriented. I had just returned something at Target without a receipt. They looked up my purchase from a different store; found my receipt and credited my account. Took items to Ross - Im moving and receipt is at new house - would not look up anything. I found a similar item that was the same price as the one I was returning, but would do nothing to make the straight across exchange. Frustrating.

Same great prices as any Ross store, but very little on the racks. Looks like they built a huge store, and then chose not to stock much there. I find an occasional bargain, but pickings are slim. There are other Ross stores within a 20 mile radius that have a much larger selection.

Good Location many places to eat and shop, great parking, clean changing rooms and clean store, cant complain, NICE clothing and some home furnishings, only tiff, is lots of shoppers, lines and you got to get there when they get their new delivery or its slim pickings.

I love going to Ross to find rare pieces for the kitchen and Ross never disappoints, they only have a piece or 2 for each design do you cant have second thoughts about an item as you probably wont find it again ( i learned it the hard way

Minimal stock. Ive been multiple times and was always disappointed. Surprising. New store, new center- never fully stocked.

Prices are cheap for branded items. If you get lucky youll find very good products that costs way less than other stores.
