Ive been coming here for 13 years now. I love the prices and clothes but lately the people that work at the registers have been very unprofessional. I never know what kind of experience I will have with these people coming here. One lady was giving an attitude at me because she didnt know how to do her job at returning things. Another lady said I can only do cash so i had to stay in line and let others through when her debit machine was in fact working. I dont know whats going on here but the manager needs to figure something out. I mean if people get so fed up with this place Marshalls is always next door. They are friendly and professional. Really thats all I care about is how friendly they are.

While shopping with my toddler I found what I was looking for, I experienced an employee curse at a customer she suspected of stealing. Then as I was being rung up, the cashier felt it was her place to ask if my daughter was my child and was sure to point out how she did not look lime me. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful! Ive been here many times and this was a first bad experience at this store. Employees need training asap!

Horrible time when we were waiting to check out. Cashier didnt know how to process a check with a passport. Said she was a only the Fronr End Supervisor. And the manager was at lunch so there was no one to help and she would have to pay another way. The FED is supposed to know how to handle all situations. This woman wasnt even qualified to be a back up cashier

Want to be treated like a shoplifter? If so, shop here. So creepy. The security dude and the fitting room lady act like any theft comes out of their paycheck. So strange. They are also understaffed at the front register. Last time the line was 20 deep. I was expecting a roller-coaster at the end.. Instead it was a sad overworked lady.

This store is fine. Sometimes well stocked up and other times dont. I never had a peoblem shopping there but coukdnt find much good clothes and their home and kitchen department doesnt have much stuff as I have always found in other ross stores.

I always find stuff here but the line is so long Ive dropped all my potential purchases on the ground and walked out four times. Im currently in line. There are 24 people waiting with 1 checker. If they dont fix it Ill quit coming here.

The Asian looking cashier with tiny eyes was the rudest cashier I have ever seen, she points to with her hand and no hi and no bye, I spent over $81 bucks, no customer care at this store
