This place doesnt even deserve 1 star they deserve 0. The employees treat us like trash. They never help. That is the worst customer service ever. We are a big family so everytime we go in there we have to buy 7 pairs of shoes. So I went to famous footwear twice but then the third time they just treat you bad. I am paying money couple of hundreds. When we have coupons from paper, or email, the employees give so many excuses so I can use them like there expired,they dont work on that type of shoes and lots more. JUST A NOTICE TO EVERYONE DONT COME AND BUY FROM FAMOUS FOOTWEAR THEY ARE THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

When you do a promotion there should be no exceptions no swapping ppl in line when you made clearly more than hr before n then make an exception for someone else because supposedly that can stand in line but then comes in hr before opening n plops on the floor like nothing, she wasnt here at all how do I know the the ppl holding her spot parked next to us....YOU SD NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!SO STICK TO UR OWN RULES !!!! SMFH
