BUYER BEWARE - Purchased some sport sandals the last week of April and discovered they had a flaw during Memorial weekend. Went back to the Famous Footware store in Folsom off Bidwell and the manager decided to pull his 30 day return policy card, didnt even care that its been 31 days, didnt care about my loyalty as a customer for the past 10 years, and didnt offer any other resolutions other than "Store Policy". Polices are not laws and can get special exemptions if the manager pursues, but what would he know as hes only 20+ years old running the shop and making big decisions. No longer a loyal customer, will go to REI for all future purchases. If Famous Footware keeps following "Policy" they may end up like Montgomery Ward in the near future.

Went in over back to school weekend - crazy busy and yet customer service was excellent. Help was there when I needed it; friendly staff (even the dreaded Nate as other reviews posed); plenty of shoes in stock even during such a hectic weekend; Nate and Jason helped me stretch my coupon savings so it was most beneficial to me. I had a pleasant experience. Will return in just a few days to use my NEXT coupon for completing their online survey - which I happily participated in. Thanks Famous! :)

Very helpful young lady Dezaray helped my wife and I find shoes for the whole family.She really took the time to welcome us and measure all 3 of my kids feet,most people dont have patience for crying babies nowadays but she actually got the kids to calm down and make them smile! My wife and I are very satisfied and will definitely get all of our shopping done here !!! Best location hands down!!!

I got an email for saying I got a $15 cash coupon thing with no minimum. So I decided to get some sandals for $20. I went to pay with the coupon. The sandals were on sale & I walked out with a new pair of sandals for free.

I bought a pair if cute sandals, but they cut into my feet too much. They wouldnt return or exchange them even when I wore them once inside my house!!!! Dont buy shoes here!
