Im relatively new to road cycling and started searching around for both the right bike and the right shop to work with. Gebhard at Veloro has been simply fantastic - totally knows his stuff, easy to work with, responsive, thoughtful. When I had questions, hed come back with extraordinarily well thought out / complete analyses. If youre in the market for Cervelo, Willier, Scott or other brands Gebhard carries, I couldnt recommend working with him and Veloro enough.

If you want to work with a shop that understands bikes from bottom bracket to race wheels, from tri-bike to cruiser, you have found it! Gephardt knows bikes and if he doesnt have the answer to some esoteric part, he can find it. I have worked with him for over 5 years and found the quality excellent and the prices fair. Always friendly and helpful, it is a pleasure to bring my bikes here for service.
