After dropping off my shock for service the shop neglected to call me for two weeks, at which point i called them to find out they had still done nothing even though it just needed to be sent out to fox. That still took them another week of me constantly calling the shop to hear they still handent even bothered. Finally almost two months later when i pickex up the shock they wanted to charge me am extra $10 for "handling" after i asked multiple times if i should just come pick it up and send it off myself since they were taking so long, but the shop reassured me they would sent it off at no extra charge.
