I went this morning around 11AM. They had 8 people working and one person in front of me in the lobby. Took them a while to take care of the person in front of me. Then it was my turn. I stood there for a while being ignored by the large staff. There is one person being trained the leaves 6 employees. So I guess it take 6 people to work one drive up window. Finally what looked like a manager told one of the worker bees to take my order. It was very complicated a Tall Coffee and Oatmeal. She starts to take my order and wanders of to take a phone call. Really, this a common problem in some starbucks. Now I am not sure why of the six people that were not training not one could be told to just work the register. I ended up walking out. Starbucks is not the only place to buy coffee.

I had a 7am business meeting on Sunday morning and it was nice and quiet. Hooked up to the wifi just fine with minimal lagging the first few minutes. The store is new and bathrooms very clean. It was a nice surprise to find the womens actually had two stalls. Ordered a cold brew coffee in oversized cup with extra ice, they nailed it! The cashier was very friendly and I didnt feel pushed into buying anything extra. I appreciated the personalized service as they walked my coffee over to me. The napkin/ creamer station was dirty for it being so slow, and that kind of thing happens. Great coffee shop and quiet in the mornings!

Still waiting... U would think this one would be fast but they are so freakin slow... I think management needs to know because this is ridiculous! I never write feedback but this is something someone should look into!!! Y r they so slow!!!!

I am at this Starbucks 5 days a week and never have any issues with my order I love the the entire crew they work hard and help every customer without any issues I would send business here anytime.

Love love love this new location!! Drive thru is perfect and out of the 50 times Ive gone theyve messed up 1/2 a time and they are so bubbly and personable. Very professional staff!!

Ordered water, and had a powerchair run out of battery, and 30 minutes later, the police showed and ordered us to leave. No employee ever asked us to leave!
