I first had dutch bros when I lived in Oregon 11 years ago! So good and when I came back to Cali no other coffee place did it for me, Finally when they built one I was so stoked! Tasted just as good as I remember it! Chocolate Mac Mocha Iced with Carmel and whip is my drink. I go almost every day! Well I used too! I hardly ever go anymore, the employees are deff not the same, most of them are very immature now. Seems like every time I try and go back I am disappointed. It is so frustrating waiting more than 15 mins for drinks to find out the car in front of us has just been chatting for the last 5 with the employees while we are waiting I have 2 thirsty kids and a crying baby. I have seen an employee lick a childs cup messing around with someone in a car in front of us and not throw it away, I have seen another employee flipping off another employee messing around, just a bunch of immature kids working there now. The longest I have waited was 45mins! I would had left but I paid with my bank card when one of the employees was taking orders in line. Starbucks it is for us now or when I do crave Dutch Bros I got to the one on Madison and San Juan and that one is 15 mins from my house. The one on Auburn Blvd is 10.

Ive been coming here everyday for three years I love the coffee.....but no, I left my stamp card which had 6 on it plus I bought two drinks so I had 8 stamps on this card. To much talking with the girl I had never seen there before. So she forgot to give it back ..? Maybe .... the next day when I went back I told them what happened then she called me a liar and said no Im not giving them back. Im confused u cant at least investigate this problem you just called me a liar and that is it. Im super sad that she can treat people like that and I know I know I left that card there. I feel like nothing has been done about so Im write a review. I still come here just not everyday and I didnt call corporate even though thats what they told my sister who is another regular. I work customer service and I wouldnt have done that to someone. I pay 9.75 for every two stamps on that card I worked hard to save those ones so Im really upset about how everything went wrong and they act like its my fault whenever Im there no manager talked to me no one ever did anything thats why Im changing my star rating!!!!!

First time here today and never returning. All I wanted to do was buy a gift card. There was a long line so I parked and walked up to the window. One girl just looked at me and I told her I just wanted a gift card and she didnt say anything she just ignored me and started talked to someone else. Okay maybe she didnt hear me or is busy. Im still standing there. Another girl smiles and says hi and I say "hi I just wanted to get a gift card I didnt know if could walk up or not Ive never been here" again she ignored me and walked away. Im still standing there and no one is trying to help me so I just left. Rude rude rude. I get theyre busy but you can at least say "hi weall be right with you" instead of making me stand there feeling like an idiot.

Always a great experience and awesome coffee. Staff is always super nice, helpful and lively. I will go out of my way to visit DB for their coffee. Ive had over $10 credit on my Starbucks card for nearly a year, yet Id rather go to DB. The double drive-thru and walk up window may all have lines, but it goes really quick and worth the wait. They usually take your order while youre waiting in the drive-thru so you can just pick up your drink when you get up to the window. Blended White Zombie is my favorite. They also have other great drinks on their secret menu.

I came in this morning for Coffee day (and to get my free stamps!), however, they seemed to put such a huge rush on the coffee that I got a lot of coffee grounds inside both the cups. The taste wasnt the best. Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee, but slow it down and make it right every time. I know youre gonna be swamped on special days, but you should always want to put out quality service. Again, just a bad day, every other day I always get the most amazing coffee from this place and will not go anywhere else to get my coffee.

I love Dutch Bros and Ive been to every location in Northern California and Arizona, but this location is horrible. Every other location is friendly and positive making it a great experience, but this location has attitude and is rude. The people that work here act snobby, talk down to customers, and ignore any requests. Honestly it should be shut down because it damages the Dutch bros brand and reputation. I would avoid this location at all costs. The drive down Maddison to the other location is honestly worth the drive.

On a early Saturday morning (6:00 am) my wife and I wanted to stop to get some coffee. When we got in line there was a total of 5 cars including us. We waited almost 20 min just to order our coffee and waited another 15 min to get it. Once we got our order my wifes drink was right and mine was wrong. It seems like this location is always messing up my order. I will not return to this location again. Instead I will simply go to a different location or a gas station as I can make my own coffee and not mess it up.

This used to be my favorite Dutch bros location for almost two years now. I came here almost everyday. They have seemed lately to have a new group of people working.. And this new group isnt the best. They are always super rude, in a rush, basically just toss our drinks at us. Im not pleased and will no longer be coming back to this Dutch bros. If you guys are known for being so peppy and outgoing maybe hire people who are going to continue to do that for your brand. New group not satisfied at all.

My job is right by Dutch Brothers these people are so friendly they remember your order your name they have a conversation with you theyre polite theyre funny and its just a great atmosphere every time you come around they offer good deals and also have a stamp card. They have varieties of Blended drinks iced or hot drinks a kids menu muffin tops I always get a black sweet vanilla tea extra vanilla and a medium iced stop light soda with no cream best drinks ever five stars...

Months ago this used to be an awesome location and my second favorite. Now, it is absolutely horrible. People are rude and quick. Not like before where they showed care and engaged with you. Its really sad and disappointing this has gone so far down hill. I have gone about 4 times in the last month and every time its been worse. This is the closest one to me but from now on, Ill either go to a different location or not at all.
