I came in to purchase a bathroom faucet fixture, and I needed help because I had never purchased fixtures before and I know virtually nothing about them. I wanted to make sure I understood the different options and features. First it took me 5 minutes of walking around the store to even find an employee. The woman I found laughed at the idea that I would ask her for help in a different department, and ended the conversation with that. She wasnt going to do anything for me until I made it clear that there were no employees in the department for which I needed help. She then begrudgingly spoke into her microphone asking for someone to meet me in the proper department, and told me to go there and wait. I waited for about 10 minutes while trying to learn a bit about the faucets by myself. It seemed as though nobody was going to come, and they didnt, so I found a different employee and asked him for help. He made sure someone came to help me, however this new person had LESS knowledge of faucets than I did and didnt know any of the products they offered. In the end I flew blind and winged it hoping I got the right stuff. Overall a very poor customer service experience at this store.

I think Ive shopped at that store/location for the last time. More times than not, I have not been able to find a parking spot. They no longer are what they once were. Its a shame too because the staff is extremely friendly. I might as well go to ACE or Home Depot because they offer more and are just the same distance from my house now that they moved to this terrible location. Yeah the store is clean. But so was the one on Monument. I dont believe in anything besides 1 or 5 stars, theres nothing in between. It either sucks, or it is good. Orchard Supply Hardware, its been real, but I am breaking up with you. Im moving on. I cant commit to a relationship when it is this dysfunctional more times than not. Dont send me coupons either cause I wont come back to you no matter how lonely I get on a Saturday afternoon when Im trying to fix my shower faucet.

I love having this store so close to my home. It is a smaller store than the huge mega Home Depots where it takes forever to find things and it feels like walking a city block from section to section. This store is just right. All of the aisles are marked clearly and their locations make sense. They have not once been out of stock of the things I have needed. The prices are fair, also. The staff is also excellent and cheerful and helpful. I hope more people find and use this store so it stays. Already making a list for this weekend for two projects and I know Ill be able to find everything I need right there.
