easy to find. when we got there the Chick and the guy behind the counter were friendly & professional. The shop was clean and had a wide variety of "products." ok Zippo display, any place that has OC register on the counter is always cool in mu book. I give them a 5 star because she filled mu lighter up for free- put a buck in the top jar on our way out and let them know they scored my positive review on Google Maps ;)
